Hi, I’m Connie Nash
I've been where you are, and I know how overwhelming, frustrating, and lonely this journey can feel.
Menopause and midlife body changes can leave us discouraged, exhausted, and wondering what happened to the body we once knew. If you've tried diet after diet, exercised harder, and still don't feel like yourself, you're not alone.
That's why I created Heart Centered Fitness.
I help women reconnect with their bodies, rebuild their energy, and regain confidence through personalized coaching, sustainable nutrition, and realistic fitness strategies that fit real life.
No judgment. No extreme diets. No quick fixes. Just compassionate guidance, customized plans, and a proven path forward.
I learned firsthand that lasting transformation doesn't come from restriction or punishment. I spent decades dieting and pushing myself through grueling workouts, yet never truly felt comfortable in my own body.
Everything changed when I stopped fighting my body and started supporting it. Through proper nutrition, strength training, and sustainable habits, I became healthier, stronger, and more energized—and I want the same for you.
Fitness has been part of my life for decades. I played sports in high school, ran in college, and began weight training in my 30s. Training alongside professional bodybuilders taught me how to build lean muscle, lose body fat, and create lasting results without deprivation or burnout.
For more than 30 years, I've worked with women as a healer, coach, personal trainer, and private chef. I'm also certified as a Mindstrong Fitness Menopause Coach and Macro Coach.
My passion is helping women navigate the physical and emotional changes of midlife so they can feel stronger, more energetic, and more confident as they age with grace and vitality.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me hiking, spending time in nature, loving on animals, and creating nutritious recipes that taste great. I call the beautiful mountains of West Virginia home and believe wellness should enhance your life—not consume it.
I'm honored to be part of your journey and look forward to helping you become the healthiest, strongest version of yourself.
With love, Connie
